Apple TV subscribers can now stream the first two episodes of Lucky, a seven-part limited series based on Marissa Stapley’s novel of the same name.
The show was created by Jonathan Tropper (Your Friends & Neighbors) and also stars Annette Bening (American Beauty), Timothy Olyphant (Die Hard 4.0), and William Fichtner (Armageddon), among others.
Here’s what to expect from the series, according to Apple TV:
When a multimillion-dollar heist goes sideways, con artist Lucky (Taylor-Joy) is forced to go on the run. Pursued by both the FBI and a ruthless crime boss, Lucky must fight for her life — and a way out.
Lucky marks the second collaboration between Anya Taylor-Joy and Apple TV, following double-Emmy nominee The Gorge.
Apple TV is available for $12.99 per month or as part of the Apple One bundle. It features hit TV shows and movies like Severance, The Studio, The Morning Show, Shrinking and Silo.
