Apple Refers to HomeView as 'HomePodDevice' in Legal Document

Apple’s HomeView software license agreement refers to the HomeView as a « HomePodDevice » in one section. This is surely a placeholder name from a draft version of the agreement that Apple forgot to replace in the final version, and it reveals that Apple unsurprisingly views the HomeView as a HomePod-like device.

On a related note, Apple’s legal website has two other agreements titled « HomePodOS 26 » and « HomePodOS 27, » even though Apple refers to the platform as simply « HomePod software » in those documents and elsewhere. It may be the closest we get to homeOS.
