Apple Arcade is a great subscription option for families, though it’s not the only game in town. If you’re a Netflix subscriber, you’re also paying for a huge catalog of great iPhone and iPad games.
Every Netflix subscription currently includes a huge collection of mobile and TV games.
This includes the most affordable “Standard with ads” Netflix subscription for $8.99/month.
Regardless of which Netflix tier you have, mobile and TV game access is included without ads, in-app purchases, or additional fees.
For TV games, Netflix offers a dedicated iPhone and iPad app called Netflix Game Controller.
The app turns your phone or tablet into an input device for games on supported versions of the Netflix smart TV app. If you want to level up your mobile gaming, an actual dedicated iPhone controller is the way.
Netflix also has an iPhone and iPad app called Netflix Playground that’s dedicated to mini-games for younger kids. Plus, there’s Netflix Puzzled: Logic Games (no subscription required) and Netflix Stories.
