Last month, UGREEN introduced a new Qi2.2 25W 10000mAh MagSafe battery bank for iPhone. There have been plenty of these, but this one has an interesting new twist: liquid cooling.
On the back of the battery, there’s a window that showcases the liquid within the battery bank moving throughout it. This should help keep it a little bit cooler than most MagSafe battery banks.
UGREEN says that it’ll be around 18 degrees cooler than usual, and while that’s probably true – it’s worth nothing that it still isn’t a cold battery bank, it’s just cooler than usual. It’ll still feel warm in your hand.
On the bottom of the battery bank, UGREEN integrates a USB-C cable for charging your phone or any other USB-C device that can’t (or you prefer not to) charge wirelessly. I found it a bit handy at times, since of course wireless charging is never as energy efficient as wired charging.
I will admit, the battery bank is a little bit thick, and the lack of a kickstand is somewhat bothersome at this price point, especially when so many others offer one. That said, if heat is a concern of yours with MagSafe battery banks, this one will definitely solve that for you.
On the side, it offers a small display for showing battery percentage and charging speed.
One last thing of note: if you’re buying an iPhone Duo, this will stick out from the bottom of the phone, based on case dimensions I’ve tested it with. This is true for most MagSafe accessories on iPhone Duo, though.
The UGREEN MagFlow battery bank comes in at $149, which is quite pricey for a MagSafe battery of any kind. That said, UGREEN currently has it on sale for $95 on Amazon, making it much more palatable if you’re looking for a MagSafe battery bank that doesn’t get as hot as the competition.

Despite a new version reportedly being around a corner, I still personally believe AirPods Pro 2 are a great deal. They're already equipped with USB-C, and continually gain new software features. With them consistently going on sale, it's a great purchase to make. Features like Adaptive Audio are incredible.
